Truth and Dare work is NOT:
|
What We Work On
Some people focus on a particular topic or project, such as writing their book or deciding on a change in career. Others work with whatever challenges and opportunities show up along their unique zig-zagging path.
I'll bring my best (metaphorical) tools based in experience and presence to our conversations, such as: • compassionate acceptance glasses to give a clear, kind view of obstructing thought patterns, along with mind-opening questions, observations and nudges pointing towards more realistic perspectives • supersonic intuitive descrambler to help you tune in to what you're really saying and catch clues in the treasure hunt to recognize your genuine, loving answers. • a Houdini-like knack for pointing towards a way out of no-way • a warm, empathetic attitude that relates to our common humanity from the position of a life-long learner and fellow-traveler. |
Sometimes we share in the laughter of self-recognition and the relief of liberation. Often we'll discover by the end of a session that a daunting tangle has evaporated, leaving you feeling free, clear, peaceful, and ready to take your next steps.
Without trying to force changes, you find yourself naturally living and working in a way that feels fulfilling, courageous and true to who you really are.

Who is Truth and Dare Coaching for?
What clients say
Truth and Dare work may usefully address any aspect of life; however, it is not intended to substitute for the help of mental health, medical, legal, financial, or other relevant professionals. I offer intuitive questions and comments based on my own experience and training, from the position of an equal--as a mentor, facilitator or guide. I do not know better than the client what they should do. I fully respect the client’s ability to receive and use what resonates for them and to leave what doesn’t. We work within the mutual understanding that the client always remains solely responsible for their choices and well-being.
